Delete your account and data

You can delete your TayoTayo account in Preferences or contact us for help. These instructions also apply if you joined with Google or Facebook.

Delete from your account

  1. Sign in to the TayoTayo account you want to delete.
  2. Open Preferences from the account menu, then scroll to Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and review what will be removed.
  4. Type DELETE and select Delete permanently to confirm.

Deletion cannot be undone. Save any records you need and discuss ongoing work with the other participant before deleting your account.

Cannot sign in, or only pre-registered?

Email tayotayopinas@gmail.com with the subject TayoTayo data deletion request.

Include your name, the email address or mobile number associated with your account, and whether you want your account, early-access registration, or specific personal information removed. If possible, send the request from your registered email address.

We may need to verify that the account or information belongs to you before processing the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or identity documents in your initial email. We will reply about verification, the outcome, and any information that cannot be removed.

The email link opens your email app; it does not submit a request automatically. You can also write to the address above using your preferred email service.

What happens to your data?

Account deletion removes your TayoTayo login and profile, uploaded account files, and associated marketplace records. Shared conversations and project records may also be removed for the other participant. An early-access registration using the same account email is also removed.

As explained in our Privacy Policy, some safety, audit, or other records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or another person's rights. Deletion does not remove copies someone has already saved outside TayoTayo.

Google and Facebook accounts

Deleting your TayoTayo account does not delete your Google or Facebook account. Use the steps above to delete the information held by TayoTayo.

You can also remove TayoTayo's access from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings or Google's third-party connections settings. Removing access alone is not the same as deleting your TayoTayo account or its existing data.
