Does TayoTayo employ workers?
No. Workers are independent professionals who choose which job offers to accept and personally perform the services shown on their profiles.
Can customers publicly post jobs?
Not in the current MVP. Customers browse worker profiles and send a direct job offer to a worker they choose.
When does a job offer become a project?
A job offer becomes a project only after the worker accepts it. Until then, it remains an offer or request.
Does TayoTayo handle project payments?
No. Customers and workers arrange and complete payment directly outside TayoTayo.
Does TayoTayo guarantee the work?
No. Profiles, records, reviews, and communication can help people make informed decisions, but TayoTayo does not guarantee workmanship or final service quality.
Can an agency list several workers?
No. Worker profiles and service listings are only for individual professionals who will personally perform the work.
