How TayoTayo works
TayoTayo keeps the path from finding a worker to finishing a project direct and understandable for both sides.
- 1
Find relevant workers
Search by service, location, and schedule. Availability, service fit, and proximity guide the default results.
- 2
Send a direct job offer
Choose a worker and describe the scope, complete location, schedule, rate, and important inclusions.
- 3
Discuss the details
The worker can accept, decline, or discuss the offer. Before acceptance, it remains an offer linked to the Job Request.
- 4
Manage the project
An accepted offer becomes a project and appears in the worker's schedule. Both participants can follow its current status.
- 5
Complete and review
Customers pay workers directly outside TayoTayo. After completion, project records and reviews help both sides build context for future work.
What TayoTayo does
TayoTayo provides worker discovery, direct offers, messages, schedules, project status records, and reviews. A customer may send one Job Request to several workers, but only the required number of workers can be assigned.
What stays direct
Workers are independent professionals. TayoTayo is not their employer or contractor, does not process project payments, and does not guarantee workmanship or project outcomes.
